WCPW® Tag Team Champions
Redus Atlas & Calvin Coco
The only thing that WCPW® loved to do more than boo The Natural Order was to cheer Atlas & Coco! This extremely popular duo overcame a last minute stipulation from The Natural Order to win The WCPW® Tag Team Championship at WCPW®: STACKED!™ in September. Their victory saw them surrounded by the children that were in the crowd that night, proving that it will be hard to beat this team that has won the hearts of the WCPW® Fans. This is the 1st taste of gold for both men in WCPW® and they promise to hold the belts for a long time!
"The Natural Order"
James Fury, Roddy Suavino, Alexander Moss
In July, The Natural Order were confronted by the founder of their group, "Big Trouble" Ben Bishop! Alexander Moss assumed that Bishop would protect the WCPW® Tag Team Champs by helping them keep their titles! Bishop pointed out that Moss, Suavino, & Fury didn't help him keep his WCPW® Title so he would not be helping them keep theirs!
Just like that, The Natural Order lost their biggest asset! However, that has not kept the Tag Team Champs from keeping a stranglehold on their big gold belts! At WCPW®: STACKED!™ on September 14th, James Fury & Roddy Suavino will defend their belts against the popular team of Redus Atlas and Calvin Coco while Alexander Moss puts his "never been pinned" streak on the line against "The Heavenly Dragon" Javen Myra!
"Big Trouble" Ben Bishop
The former WCPW® Champion attempted to prove that he was the only #1 contender in WCPW® when he battled Richard Adonis & Nate Bock in a 3-way Dance at Windy City Wrestling™ in July. That match resulted with no winner between the 3 men, who still share the position of #1 contender.
Looking to show everyone that he could pin the WCPW® Champion, Bishop interfered in the Fenrir vs Traxx match on the same show and nearly pinned Fenrir before being attacked by Bock and Adonis.
Now that Fenrir & Traxx can lay claim to being #1 contenders as well, Bishop will join the 4 other men (Bock, Fenrir, Adonis, & Traxx) in The Stacked Ring!™ to start The Badder Ladder Royale™. How will the giant react when having to wrestle 12 feet above the arena floor for the 1st time in his career? Will he even need a ladder to reach up and pull down the vacant WCPW® Championship?
"The Wild Heart" EJ Swanson
Being called "the modern day Honky Tonk Man" after the fans rejected his debut as a flag waving nice guy, Swanson swapped his Chicago flag for a DeKalb County flag, much to the WCPW® Fans' delight. Swanson had an agenda though because once the WCPW® Fans started to cheer for him & his flag, EJ threw the DeKalb County flag on the mat and desecrated it by stomping on it and using it for toilet paper!
Since changing his attitude, Swanson was able to pick up his first win and build some momentum. Now he faces another WCPW® newcomer in Malik Makaveli at WCPW®: STACKED!™ with both men not knowing which ring they'll be competing in.
That's not all that's in store for EJ on that night, whereas he's entered his name into the 1st Badder Ladder Royale in 23 years to try to get his hands on the vacant WCPW®: Championship! More motivated than ever, Swanson's young career in WCPW® is just beginning!
"The Suburban German" Joseph Von Jager
An exciting newcomer to WCPW®, Joseph Von Jager has had a baptism by fire, taking on a variety of opponents such as The Natural Order's Roddy Suavino, Redus Atlas, Tobias Storm, and former WCPW® Champion "Big Trouble" Ben Bishop!
That's a tall order for anyone, let alone a rookie in only his 2nd year in this business! Still finding his way and getting his footing in WCPW®, Von Jager looks to bring his Jager Bomb to WCPW®: STACKED!™ as he battles 29 other men for the vacant WCPW® Championship!
Malik Makaveli
Malik joined WCPW® after seeing the carnage and trash talking from Nino Hatchet. Makaveli attempted to put a stop to Nino's reign of terror, putting in an impressive, high flying performance that nearly pulled off the upset against Hatchet!
The high flying rookie with the chiseled physique fell victim to the sinister veteran though when Hatchet caught Makeveli in his dreaded armbar and dislocated his shoulder.
Makeveli has been training hard, as seen in several videos posted on the WCPW® Facebook Page and has entered his name into The Badder Ladder Royale to try to win the vacant WCPW® Championship. First though, Malik has a match with EJ Swanson at WCPW®: STACKED!™. Once again Malik doesn't like the rude ways of a WCPW® competitor. This time taking issue with Swanson's constant disrespect of the DeKalb County Flag & the WCPW® Fans in Sycamore!
The only thing guaranteed is that this match will be an exciting high flying encounter between 2 of the newest stars in WCPW®.
"Pound 4 Pound The Strongest Wrestler In The Midwest" Tobias Storm
With a moniker so long that it doesn't even fit on a flyer, this arrogant newcomer has shown the WCPW® Fans just how full of himself he is, angering them in the process. Often spraying unsuspecting fans with his water bottle, Tobias Storm doesn't seem to care who he upsets!
He's thrown his name into The Badder Ladder Royale™ for a shot at the WCPW® Championship but he's also promised that he's not coming alone!
"The H.N.I.C." Nino Hatchet
The Hennessey (H.N.I.C.) Nino Hatchet expected to walk into WCPW® & be in the main event & when his plans didn't turn out the way that he wanted, his rage has been taken out on everyone he's stepped into the ring with. Hatchet disputes that he lost to Nate Bock in The William Torrance Sr. Memorial Tournament & claims that he should be the #1 contender coming out of that match. He's even threatened WCPW® Owner Bigtime® on several shows since then.
This has led to several wrestlers across the indie scene to request their debut in WCPW® to be against Nino in order to shut his big mouth! "So Fly" Manny Lo is the newest person to sign on to face Hatchet & will face off against Nino at WCPW®: STACKED!
Will the newcomer finally shut him up or will Hatchet be adding a new limb to his collection?
"The Silver Snake"
Richard Adonis
"The Silver Snake" returned to WCPW® in July at Windy City Wrestling™ to secure his spot as sole #1 contender to the WCPW® Title. Adonis stepped into the ring once again with Ben Bishop but with unfamiliar opponent Nate Bock being the 3rd person in their 3-way Dance, a victory for Adonis was not guaranteed! The former WCPW® Champion did his part to turn their match into an instant classic & many times looked like he'd secure the win. WCPW® Tag Team Champions The Natural Order had different plans though since they decided to continue their beef with Ben Bishop during this match. Adonis and Bock got involved and the 3-way Dance quickly turned into a 6 man brawl that led to Adonis, Bishop, & Bock being counted out and no #1 contender being decided!
In August, Adonis once again took on Damian Fenrir to try to determine one less #1 contender and that match ended in a count out as well. Now Adonis joins 4 other men in the Stacked Ring™ to start the Badder Ladder Royale™. Will The Silver Snake emerge victorious as a 2-time WCPW® Champion?
"The Locomotive" Traxx
To many people's surprise, Traxx made his return to WCPW® in July to teach a lesson to former fan favorite Damian Fenrir by trying to take his WCPW® Championship.
It was the 1st time the men had ever faced each other. The match lived up to it's potential as both men tore into each other ferociously.
Traxx looked to be in a position to put Fenrir away, but "Big Trouble" Ben Bishop took out Traxx with a tremendous chokeslam! Bishop's reasoning was that he wanted to prove he could pin the WCPW® Champion before anyone else could!
After the entire WCPW® locker room got involved, along with 2 different referees, Traxx managed to regain control with a belly to back suplex on Fenrir. Traxx was groggy from the Bishop attack because he failed to lift his shoulders & pinned himself along with Fenrir, leaving no winner of the match & the WCPW® Title vacant.
Now The Locomotive steamrolls into the Stacked Ring™ with 4 other #1 contenders to start The Badder Ladder Royale™ to try to win WCPW®'s most coveted Title!
